The art of communication always entails moving your listener from Point A, a place of ignorance, indifference, or even hostility, toward Point B, a place where they volunteer to listen, engage, and act.

In our strategy session Nora will take you through an experiential process where you will learn to communicate in ways that are memorable and connect people to your message.

In this session you will:

• Learn to focus on the substance of your communication rather than just its form.
• Learn how to authentically persuade any audience, every time.

And you will walk out with some communication strategies that you will be implementing immediately—both professionally and personally.

Nora Zarvos L.C.S.W. received her Bachelor’s degree in Education and her Masters degree in Social Work. Nora has broad experience within the field of human services, education and transformational work. Nora’s is the co-founder of Zarvos Coaching & Consulting in Indianapolis as well as a Seminarios Odisea, a transformational coaching company in Spain. She is recognized as an expert international facilitator and has developed and facilitates “The Magic of Intimacy” a workshop focused on the art of creating deep connections with others; “The Gathering” a workshop that empowers women to connect to themselves and other women; as well as “Leadership for Teens” a workshop for adolescents.

Join us October 12, 2010 for the Fall Networking Challenge, a partnership program between At The Top and the Spice Challenge.

The Fall Networking Challenge is an inspiring, adventurous program designed to strengthen your self-awareness, build your character and leadership skills and expand your communication abilities – all while building your business relationships and networking skills.

How Does The Fall Networking Challenge Work?

As a Fall Networking Challenge participant you will become a member of a team of 15 people. You and your fellow team members will work together to set goals, create awareness and develop trust. By working in a team, you will be able to:

• identify your communication style
• learn effective delegation techniques
• increase your trust in others
• build new relationships based on support and responsibility

The skills you learn during the Fall Networking Challenge are fundamental to building a strong and powerful business while reaching the top of your game! You’ll be developing these skills hands-on for increased retention so you can easily apply them to your own business situations.

Some of the program elements may involve physical activity, such as rope climbing, while others focus mainly on creative thinking and problem-solving. The Challenge has something to offer for everyone, no matter what your level of physical ability. Come alone or create your own team of co-workers, colleagues, clients or friends.
